Returns Policy


Our returns policy is fairly straight forward, we will, where possible our very best to help any of our customers.

You get 14 calendar days to return any items you’re not quite sure about. This two week returns period starts from the day you receive your order. Find out how to return your item(s) using our hassle-free, 3-step returns process......


Please return your item(s) to us in a reasonable time after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by filling out the form on your account page, or by dropping us an email at

Quad Bikes,Mini moto`s and Bikes: will be warranted under a replacement parts policy,we do not offer a full replacement unless there is evidence of severe mechanical failure. eg:engine failure
  • All replacement parts that are sent by welbo are expected to be fitted by the consumer/buyer of such item.

Parts that are subject to wear and tear are not deemed as warranted parts. 

The Following parts are not covered by the warranty on thse items

  • Chains & Belts
  • Fairings/ bodywork (unless damaged during delivery. Photos required within 24 hours of receipt)
  • Pull Starts or Inner Cogs
  • Clutches or springs
  • Brake Cables, Disks and Callipers
  • Exhaust Pipes
  • Tyres, Wheels, valves and Inner Tubes
  • Spark Plugs
  • Any other parts of a similar wear and tear nature to those listed above and any part that has been damaged as a result of an accident, misuse or lack of maintenance.

Please don’t use any faulty items after finding a fault, faulty goods can be dangerous and should never be used after the fault is found! Please contact us immediately after you discover any fault with your product. We will only provide a warranty for up to ( a maximum of 180)  days after purchase!


If you’re a customer in the EEA, you get 14 days to cancel your contract with us

This two week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order).

You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation – just fill out this form where you’ll also find details on how to return your item(s).

There are a couple of other ways to cancel your contract with us. You’ll find these alternative methods below:

If you’re cancelling your contract with us but have already received your order, you’ll need to return the item(s) to us using the mentioned return methods. (see our returns policy below)

You'll then receive a full refund as per the policy set out below:

please note: For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry, electronic cigarette mouth pieces,underwear, socks,personal grooming products(i.e toothbrushes,shavers,waxing kits,grooming etc..)  are non refundable and are excluded from the returns policy unless there is a fault with such item.

Please ensure that lingerie and swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal. If this is the case then we can reasonably decline your refund.

It’s as easy just follow our hassle-free, 3-step process:

  • Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
  • Return your package via the Post Office, remembering to get proof of postage.
  • Please don’t post your package through the post box without getting proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return.

Welbo will arrange for the collection and safe return of the product to our warehouse. On inspection of these items a full refund will be given.

Additional Notes On returns

Products must be returned in perfect condition, carefully packaged in their original state, with all of their accessories (e.g. CD-ROM, cables, user guides, etc.) and without any modifications to their reference and serial numbers.

They must have their labels intact, along with any stamps or marks required for resale. Products must Not be returned until a returns reference is obtained and explicit permission to return that item is granted. This can be done by logging in to your control panel via

Products must also be accompanied by a returns coupon/reference number and or the original order number,and be sent by recorded delivery (e.g. transporter), regardless of whether they are the subject of a refund or a return.

If a product is returned without prior authorization from Welbo, it will likely delay the returns procedure and in some circumstances will mean the product will be sent back to the Client at their expense.
